I have had a raised mole under my nose all my life and there’s one or two hairs growing out of it. I don’t think it’s cancerous, since it doesn’t fit the description of one. I haven’t shaved yet, so the hairs somehow blend in with my light moustache. However, one hair is especially longer, and sticks out a bit more. I’m thinking of cutting it a little bit so that it will blend in a bit more. I will be using a standard pair of scissors. Is this safe?
