I want someone who actually listens and isn't scissor-happy. Also, I am trying to grow my hair out past my shoulders, so I need someone that is good at cutting longer hair and layers in long hair (NO SHORT LAYERS)…sorry, but most hairdressers gap the ends of long layered hair due to not having a clue to what to do with the blending. Thanks…names and shops please….
