Hurray, Betty!!!! You are the FIRST person I have seen correctly (SAFELY) marinate the meat sep from the veg. Such a good demo! I think it was fantastic. And so smart, to allow you to have the “side” of the sauteed veggies. I have sent this to 3 of my friends so they can see this.

I always get a huge container, and I am able to find that at Sam’s Club. You can find it at most supermarkets in the U.S., but I don’t know about other countries. If you can’t find it, salt will be fine! Thanks for asking!
